Crashes Nautilus-Elementary when trying to rename a file

Bug Description

Groundcontrol crashes the Nautilus-Elementary fork when attempting to rename a file on the local filesystem. Removal of Groundcontrol fixes this behaviour.

Additionally, in the Nautilus-Elementary fork, Groundcontrol-elements are not visible. Groundcontrol currently needs a vanilla Nautilus to operate.

But several forks of Nautilus are about to go to Upstream: Nautilus Split-Pane fork will make it into Lucid or Lucid+1 and so will Nautilus Elementary, probably. Groundcontrol should therefore ensure that it will still work when those forks make it back into the main Nautilus.

I can submit a new bug-report for this, if needed.

Nautilus crashes on me in Karmic sometimes when trying to rename a file. I don't know how to get bug information, so I haven't submitted one, but I'm sure one already exists.

So I'm not 100% that this has to do with Ground Control.

I need to see some log files for nautilus and perhaps a log file for ground control. Please create a groundcontrol.log file in your home directory and run nautilus in debug, attach all results.

It's possible that it's a problem with the glib file watcher that watches for file changes, but I can't be sure.

Otherwise it might be a problem with nautilus or nautilus-python bindings.

My apologies, but I cannot provide the debug-information at this moment. We're in the middle of moving to another city right now, so there's simply no time for me to run those tests (considering that I'd have to go back to default Nautilus in order to test if its applicable to the unmodded version also... and I'd need to do some reading on how to provide its debug-output anyway).

If I'll find the time later, I might be able to do it, but if in the meantime someone else experiencing the same bug could provide more information on it, that would be awesome.
