Bug Description

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
    Ground Control represents a new and user-friendly way for people to contribute to Ubuntu, maximizing the impact of Opportunistic Developers. (see <http://www.jonobacon.org/category/opportunistic-developers/>). We believe that it should qualify for a FFe due to the utility it presents to the community.

I'll ACK this FFe. This new package should not cause any problems, it is already in Debian, and it will be very beneficial to have in lucid (as an LTS).
