load filtered / selected games first

Hi,

Just tried Gromlist and I think it's great. But it would be even more useful if filtered games or those selected by the user loaded their covers before any others, since if I want to see, say, the cover of gyakuten saiban 3, I have to wait until 1341 covers have been loaded first. And we could be talking about hours here!

So:

-If a filter is active, shown games should be loaded before hidden ones.
-If a given game is selected, it should be loaded before other filtered games, and then hidden ones.
