grokproject templates in template_paste and template_zopectl have a lot of duplication

Bug Description
All that duplication might lead to errors one day as the templates might diverge.
We should look into using substitution functionality of the paster-templates used by grok-project to include the parts in common from a common source instead of having it duplicated in the source code.

Note though that probably we want to start deprecate the zopectl -based deployments. That would solve this issue too of course :)
