move JSON and XMLRPC views to grokcore.view

Bug Description

JSON and XMLRPC views are useful outside of grok itself as well. For example I would like to use them via five.grok in a Zope2 application. They look like excellent candidates to be moved from grok to grokcore.view.

 grokcore.json
 grokcore.xmlrpc
 grokcore.rest
