Bug Description
Jeroen Michiels reported the following problem while running grokproject on Windows:
"OSError :Permission denied
This seems to be a problem with Python not being able to remove temp dirs on
windows, but it left me clueless as whether the rest of the install was
successful or not... So I ran the script again, but that didn't seem to
install anything new, so I assumed the temp dir removal problem didn't break
the installation"
It might be that something is trying to remove a directory while there are still opened files in it. I know that Windows doesn't allow this while Linux typically does.

I think changeset 94692 fixes this.
