get rid of -Base extension causing grok.baseclass() behavior

Bug Description

We should get rid of classes ending up in -Base triggering the grok.baseclass() behavior. Explicit here is better than implicit; the -Base bit is too magic.

Good work, but this needs to be extensively documented (in CHANGES.txt in both martian and grok and doc/upgrade.txt in Grok). See also my note to the mailing list on this.
