Bug Description
When deploying in a cloud such as OpenStack where 'juju expose' opens security groups to allow access to ports, the API port (9001) and website port (9000) are not opened. The inputs are opened, so we end up with the API and website inaccessible from the outside.

This can be fixed using an apache2 unit as a reverse proxy, if we desire. Still would be good to have the ports exposed as an option.
