Bug Description

if you configure web_listen_uri to http(s)://0.0.0.0:9000/graylog due to needing to be behind a web-root reverse proxy, you will see the alert in nagios:

 HTTP CRITICAL: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found - string '<title>Graylog Web Interfa...' not found on 'http://0.0.0.0:9000/' - 241 bytes in 0.003 second response time
