Bug Description

low-medium priority

The Harp Argent of Caid was given for a specific artistic endevour. I believe this is specified in Caidan law. Each one was given for a specific SPECIFIED endevour, and it was freely (not accidentally) given mutiple times. I have not checked if other Caidan award function in this manner. (research needed)

Ideally these specific endevours should be recorded in canonlore as they are as much a part of the award as the award title or date. This is not he same as the laurel where a person may be known as a dance laurel, but must show some skills outside dance and will not be rewarded for developing a laurel level ability in cooking. Because of the way the award is given multiple times and the law is written, this is different.

A free text field would need to be added to each award giving instance of the Harp Argent, as the specified endevour could be described in different ways, and was not chosen from a fixed list.

This could then be displayed on canonlore as something like:

"Alys de Wilton

harp Argent of Caid
given for skill in dancing
given by ....
on.....
at....."

Obviously there would be a lot of back end database changes required to enable this that would be applied to all awards (I'm imagining something like a tag being required on each award to say if the award requires this feature (because it's important not to offer the field for awards that don't - like the theoreticla dance laurel above), as well as lot of coding to integrate the new fields and display them for some awards only on canonlore.

Displaying this would be a very good thing to do to integrate eastern and western lands of lochac, and right an injustice in display of award talent. Thus this merits a higher priority than other expansions which appear to give more effect for less work. This may also be relevant to awards from other kingdoms.

Alternate solution:
Implement a award information field for each award, free text, displaying on gratian. Canonherald will make sure text used is suitable and consistant. This could be used for mutiple awards, eg on the harp argent canon could type the full text "given for skill at dancing", but for peerages canon could provide a link to their laurel website page, chivealry website page, royal reign page etc. This leaves more options open for managing strange foreign awards, future lochac wierdnesses, etc as well.

This does also affect one former western and current lochac award: the silver nock, now the nock.
The nock hangs from a red or green string depending if given for target or combat archery.

So there is some data being lost here - but it isn't currently reported, so being able to record it may not be very useful.
