Bug Description
medium to high priority
Add a field to each award given, free text, where canon herald and helpers can record the data source for the award (eg "royal email 12/12/09" or "unverified report by friend"). This would help ensure it was filled in each time, and give a marker of data quality when contradictory fix me reports are given.

possible extension: have a tickbox for awards with good validation material. (not just any text entered) This could then be printed out for the scribes guild and royal reports, so they can then see how good the data is.
