Multiple targets lost when accessing a graph by /render/~username/graphName/?arg

Bug Description

If i'm accessing a graph using url /render/~username/graphname/?width=1000 (or specify any other get parameter) and if my saved graph url contains multiple &target=.. parameters, only one of them is available in the returned url.

The attached patch solves this problem.
