Bug Description
When using SI Units (K, M, G...) if the max Y value is close to a power of 10 (1000, 1,000,000...) but the range is small (eg. range is 999,500-999,750) the Y labels will all be identical (1M, 1M, 1M...)

Committed a simple fix to trunk
