constantLine() only draws line halfway across graph in lineMode=slope

Bug Description

constantLine (and thus threshold()) are only displaying the line about halfway through the graphs

This happens with lineMode=slope - lineMode=staircase fixes it

The pull request https://github.com/graphite-project/graphite-web/pull/60/files fixes it for me. Haven't observed problems yet.
