ship "application-menu" icon with granite

Bug Description

It might make more sense to ship the "application-menu" icon with granite itself since it's actually the app menu widget that requires this icon and nothing else.

We can use a fallback icon but however it's better to ship an "application-menu" icon in case of fallback needs. Do you already have an "application-menu" icon? If you give it to me I'll fix this bug

This icon is no longer present in elementary icon theme. Bumping up this bug's importance so we can get this fixed right away.
