Bug Description
The "invisible" parts of a popover should act like they're not the popover. So clicking there (i.e. right next to the popover's arrow) should act like clicking outside of the popover, closing it. This includes the area above the popover (next to the arrow) and the shadow areas.

We should be using Gtk.Popover these days. Marking as "Won't Fix"
