Bug Description

Midori should provide an easy way to undo closing multiple tabs, e.g. closing a window with tabs in it or using "close all other tabs" item from DynamicNotebook context menu.

IMO it shouldn't. I really hate it when it pops up when using Firefox.

at least make it optional meaning the user is able decide whether it on... I really think this will be a nice addition

It's stated in the HIG that instead of a dialog there should be an easy way to undo closing a window, see http://elementaryos.org/docs/human-interface-guidelines/user-workflow/always-provide-undo
