Grail v1.0.20 does not show all properties on tap

Bug Description

This problem appeared in Aug 2010 (and was present in the early development stages as well). Sometimes the properties of some transient touch configuration during release is what gets sent, instead of the properties of the configuration with the maximum number of touches in the tap sequence.
