[PATCH] gpoweroff.desktop.in (launcher) file should be translatable + other improvements

Congratulations, finally we got automatic translation system working - latest revision 85 of gpoweroff stable branch contains *.po files generated from https://translations.launchpad.net/gpoweroff !

I'm suggesting to make Name and Comment entries in gpoweroff.desktop.in file translatable, it's very easy to do this - simply add these entries to gpoweroff.pot file and add the line "X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=gpoweroff" into gpoweroff.desktop.in file (see for example /usr/share/applications/update-manager.desktop file in your Ubuntu system).

Also I'm suggesting to change Comment (and maybe Name) entry to more user-friendly, like "Shutdown/PowerOff, Restart, Suspend or Hibernate in needed time" or "Timed Shutdown, Restart, Suspend and Hibernate utility", because lots of users don't know what is Gpoweroff, also now users can't find gpoweroff utility in Ubuntu Unity Applications menu or GNOME3 Shell search by typing shutdown (or restart, or suspend, or hibernate) :(

So, my suggestions for Comment and maybe Name entries in gpoweroff.desktop.in file:

Name=Gpoweroff shutdown timer
Comment=PowerOff, Restart, Suspend or Hibernate in needed time

in this case user will find Gpoweroff utility by typing any of Shutdown, PowerOff, Restart, Suspend or Hibernate keywords in Unity Applications menu or GNOME3 Shell search :)

I'm attaching a patch for improving gpoweroff.desktop.in Name and Comment entries, also these lines should now appear into gpoweroff.pot translation template (renamed Name to _Name and Comment to _Comment)
