Swift client HeadObject doesn't get headers

Bug Description

// HeadObject retrieves object metadata and other standard HTTP headers.

the headers from the request don't end up in the headers, so you always get a nil object back...

goose.http.Client.sendRequest drops the response headers...

return rawResp.Body, err
