Bug Description
Support for signed (temporary expiring) URLs depends on the whether the relevant Openstack middleware has been enabled for a given deployment. For now, the swift SignedURL() API returns the public URL, which is sufficient to satisfy the current juju-core use cases, given that the swift containers used for juju are created public readable as a work around.
