This is may be more of a request than a bug report, but are there plans to package google-doc-fs for natty?

it's in the PPA now. Should I ask for inclusion into universe in Oniric?

Thanks for the quick update! As to whether you should ask for inclusion into universe for Oneiric, I REALLY have no clue. I think that there is a very well-defined process on how one can add packages to universe. One thing which I am pretty sure you will need is a mentoring from a MOTU (Master of the Universe). I think that they are the group of devs which have sufficient privileges within the ubuntu community to upload packages to universe. I believe that they will need a strong commitment on your part to keep maintaining this package and I guess they will also need to review your code that it's up to par with the level that they need.
I would think this can be a great idea, but I don't really have a clue on how difficult is the process and how much effort you will need to go through with it.
