Bug Description

Standard config file '/config/propertyTemplates.xml' references an invalid schema location: 'xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.goobi.org/propertyTemplates propertyTemplates.xsd"'

The propertyTemplates.xsd file can be found at https://develop.sub.uni-goettingen.de/repos/goobi/Goobi/tags/goobi-goettingen-pre-WTP/WEB-INF/src/propertyTemplates.xsd and should be included in the source tree.
