swapping in doesn’t remove empty folder

Bug Description
The GoobiScript “swapProzessesOut” can be used to swap processes currently not worked on (e.g. processes considered finished and exported) out of the work directory to save drive space there. The data is swapped to a destination folder named by the internal process ID number in a configured swapping location. After swapping the process back in, this folder is emptied, but remains orphaned. Swapping the process out a second time doesn’t work because “swappingOutTarget already exists”.
The empty folder should be removed.
