swapped-out images get swapped back in when browsing the processes list

Bug Description
The GoobiScript “swapProzessesOut” can be used to swap processes currently not worked on (e.g. processes considered finished and exported) out of the work directory to save drive space there. However, they get swapped back in automatically when one reaches their entry in the “processes” list view.
They should not be swapped in as long Goobi isn’t instructed to do so.
