metadata changes get overwritten when swapped-out images are swapped back in

Bug Description
Even if a process is swapped out (using the GoobiScript „swapProzessesOut“) it is still possible to edit the metadata. However, as the process is swapped back in, the metadata changes get overwritten by the version that was swapped-out along with the images.
They should not be overwritten.
