Bug Description

Translation switch reads like DeutschEnglishespañol instead of Deutsch • English • español after login with Internet Explorer. CSS :before pseudo-elements aren’t applied properly. This is caused by an absent HTML doctype header. The fact that it works properly before login suggests that there must be duplicate HTML page header code around, too.
