Bug Description
τhe page “legal notice” included with Goobi.Production is outdated and the English translation is missing.
BTW, we should wonder what we actually distribute there: Anybody who’s putting our Goobi.Production .jar file on a server automatically publishes an imprint directing to the Lower Saxony State and University Library Göttingen. (That doesn’t absolve it from any legal commitments, but nevertheless.) Perhaps it would be sensible to put some dummy content there instead; or perhaps those “web pages” should be made subject to easier editing than adapting a single-line Java escaped HTML block in a properties file.

There are probably a lot of installations around that utilize this "feature". When changing this, a migration path has to be provided.

In this context: properties. I would propose to remove this. If a message key is not set in the config, the default is set to print out the website URL als literal; this design seems not to make sense, either.
There is an imho superflous feature: For each of the “web pages” texts, the key (!) used to load them from the MessageBundle can be set in GoobiConfig.
There is duplicate code resolving the “web pages” texts in HelperForm.java ll. 93−137 which should be refactored.
