Bug Description
When ingesting an object with a collection which contains umlauts, the OAI name of the collection is generated by just stripping the spaces. But the OAI specification only allows upper and lower case letters, decimal digits and a limited set of punctuation marks and symbols ("-", "_", ".", "!", "~", "*", "'", "(", ")").
