Bug Description
There are supposedly two methods for getting the OAuth PIN. Either the application can get it automatically without notifying the user or it can go to twitter and let the user explicitly Authorize the application. The approach to be used by the application has to be decided. If we go for explicit authorization, we have to take care of incorporating a browser into the application for the user to be able to visit the URL.
