Bug Description

Using an image of the processor, it would be very instructional to visualize the state of each pin (e.g. HI/LO).

Wikimedia has several images that could be used to show an illustration of the processor, which could be dynamically animated according to the program's state:

ideally, users would also be able to individually set pins to a certain state.

for starters, one could draw an invisible button on top of each pin, so that the user can "click the pin" and when the state changes, the buttons color could be changed to indicate a modified state.

Yes that would be very useful, especially when debugging a program or running it in single-step mode

Yes, this would certainly add to the educational value of GNUSim8085, and make it more intuitive and self-explanatory at the same time.
