functions vs. labels

Bug Description
the keypad wizard reads "functions", however not all labels are necessarily also functions, some may just be jump labels for example.
So, only those labels that are explicitly somewhere referenced in call instructions OR those that have some sort of RET instruction after the label, can be considered functions.
For the moment, renaming "functions" to "labels" would probably be more correct.
