support for OpenClinica's createSubject and listStudies

I would like to see GNUmed support for getting a list of studies and registering a patient as subject in the study which is conduted with the help of OpenClinica (www.openclinica.org)

This can be done through OpenClinicas webservices API.

Proposed workflow would be like this.

1.) bring up patient in GNUmed
2.) have e.g. a menu item 'register in study'
3.) bring up a list of studies the currently logged in doctor is entitled to see

4.) choose one particular study
5.) register patient as subject
