Test results preference desired to order columns by date

Per user preference, implemented as a standard config item (say, GNUmed / options / EMR / test results date order), to enable reading results with the oldest on the left and the newest on the right, for consistency with whatever may be other local systems.

This can be important to avoid mistakes when an abnormality which was new or worsening got misinterpreted, on account of other local conventions, to be resolved or improving.

Users who would opt for this mode of display however might always have to scroll long distances to get to the newest results columns, unless the GUI can, upon activation of the test results viewer, auto-jump to the right-most columns.
