Bug Description
I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or a configuration problem. After upgrading yesterday, the test module shows an error when trying to enter test results. Attached is the log showing the errors.

It's a bug. In fact, it is two bugs. Both are fixed and will be release with 0.5.1 ASAP.
