EMR tree "handle" needs renaming to "EMR of..."

Bug Description
The EMR tree is labeled
Surname, Firstname EMR
Personally I would prefer to reformat as
EMR of... or
EMR tree of or
Tree of...
to visually distinguish that the tree is not the person and to break the tree name visually from the name search box
