extended character in username causes unhandled exception (on windows 7 hungarian)

Bug Description

On a windows 7 hungarian I learned that users with extended caracters in their names (like áéőúóüöűí...) can not run gnumed 1.5.4. On the other hand users with all latin letters can run gnumed on the very same PC.
