Bug Description

URLs with ampersands (example: http://test.com/a.php?b=1&c=2 ) get formatted correctly when used in the description field of regular nodes. However, when used in a namechange description field, it breaks the SVG.

When looking at the generated SVG it becomes apparent, that the nodes' URL ampersand gets changed to & whether the namechange description URL ampersand does not get changed at all. This breaks the underlying XML structure of the SVG so that the SVG will not be displayed.

Testcase CSV line:
"N","Test 1","#00e3d4","Tests","2004.7",,,"http://test.com/a.php?b=1&c=2","Test 2","2004.11","http://test.com/a.php?b=1&c=2",,,,,,,,,,,
