Bug Description

The when installing via the GUI, GNota .deb reports "Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: python-elixir (<< 0.4)"

From the CLI, dpkg reports:

root@rogers:/home/trogers/Desktop# dpkg -i gnota_0.1.0-1.deb
Selecting previously deselected package gnota.
(Reading database ... 318527 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking gnota (from gnota_0.1.0-1.deb) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of gnota:
 gnota depends on python-elixir (<< 0.4); however:
  Version of python-elixir on system is 0.7.1-1.
 gnota depends on python-sqlalchemy (<< 0.3.5); however:
  Version of python-sqlalchemy on system is 0.5.8-1.
dpkg: error processing gnota (--install):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
 gnota
