Bug Description
Festival is available in English, Spanish and Welsh, although using Gnopernicus in a ES environment in Breezy won't show an Spanish voice but apparently only a guy with a rather "gringo" accent. :)
Gnopernicus text interface is available in Spanish in the Brezy version, it seems it's only a problem with the Festival component localisation.
