Nothing happens when GnoMenu is clicked on after login

Bug Description

After a restart or login GnoMenu button will not display menu until after the Main Menu has been clicked on. Once Main Menu is loaded GnoMenu works as expected.

Gnome 2.30.2
Ubuntu 10.04
GnoMenu 2.9

Are you using 32 or 64 bit?

32 bit. GnoMenu on panel.

The issue only occurs when appearance preference > visual effects is set to none and no other action is taken in Gnome (menu click or application launch).

The first click greys the GnoMenu button but nothing happens, second click it works normally. If any other application is started it works normally.

Sorry when it is not working first click greys the button, no menu, second click button normal, third click menu loads as normal.
