Bug Description
The user docs needs png version icons. Scaling smaller is not very nice, and svgs don't work in asciidoc.
So, I'd like to have the icons 22 pixels high in doc/images
Ideally, there should be some automation doing this, but for now we just need to remember to do this manually.

I've made most of the icons i svg, so we just need to take them and give them a size with GIMP
