Bug Description
Wallpapers are not changed at all.
First, downloading from devian art sort of works, it downloads, sometimes, but to the wrong folder (one level up, see other report).
Manually moved downloaded images to proper folder, then running random-wallpaper succeeds, it says that a new image is used, but nothing actually changes.

Yes, you have to select the random wallpaper in the Appearance Settings, this is part of the problem with gconf incompatibility.
I think I may have a fix for it though.
