Bug Description
Removing the bluetooth adapter while doing an operation (such as listing a directory, or thumbnailing pictures) will hang gnome-vfs-daemon, as well as nautilus.
We should hook onto the AdapterRemoved dbus signal to kill all the existing connections so we don't hang.
