Bug Description

This is a patch from Bastien to use rfcomm sockets rather than the experimental D-BUS org.bluez.RFCOMM interface. This should improve startup performance when creating the Bluetooth connection to the device, and remove the need to run hcid with the "-x" flag.

The patch does need some cleanups:
 * add back support for the proprietary Nokia FTP service UUID (needed for working OBEX on some of their phones)
 * the patch leaves some dead code around: this should be removed.
