Torrent destination is prefixed with last remembered path

Bug Description

When opening a .torrent with gnome-bittorrent, the destination of the file is prefixed with the last path used. This means that any selected path is ignored until this part of the destination is removed.

I imagine the intention is for the file chooser to display the last directory chosen, not to prefix the destination with it.
