Bug Description

There is no way that you can logout of gnome through the command-line. A command-line interface should be created for the Gnome-Logout dialogue. It would be nice to have all of the features of Gnome-Logout through the command-line (Lock, Suspend, Hibernate, Shutdown, Logout, Switch User). Some of these features are possible through the command-line, but wouldn't it be nice to have a wrapper for all of them?
