gnome-screenshot doesn't support Hi-DPI display

Bug Description
For hi-dpi display of resolution 3840x2160, the scale factor is 2 and uses gnome-screenshot to generate screenshot image. I think its size of the screenshot of the whole desktop should be 3840x2160. But it will get the image size of 1920x1080.
