Hello,

Thanks for reporting the bug. I am reassigning it to gnome-scan project since it looks like ubuntuone is not related to the issue you have reported. Additionally, it would be nice if you could provide more information, to gnome-scan project, since "Xsane, Gscan2pdf and Gnome Scan" do not specify anything that can be used to diagnose the problem.

Hi,

Actually, this seems like a bug in epson backend. Each SANE client trying to lis *all* options just crashes. Would be nice to have backtrace.

Je vous avais déjà envoyé comme vous me l'aviez demandé le fichier
flegita.log, puis, suite à votre réponse, d'en référer sur Launchpad où j'ai
à nouveau donné l'info accompagné du fichier en question en pièce jointe.
Que faire d'autre?

Ave,

We need a detaille trace of the crash. Install gdb un run :

 gdb flegita

then type 'run', once it has crashed type 'backtrace' and post the
entire output. Type 'quit' to exit.

Hi,

When I run gscan2pdf, scanner recognized, a window titled "Update options"
opens and runs without interruption and it remains for hours and nothing
happens.
See attached file "Capture_gscan2pdf"
