Bug Description
Cannot adjust screen brightness from Fn key (only from 80% to 100% , cannot set for example 20%). From control centre I can adjust it but after restart or resuming from idle the brightness is restored to 100%. Pressing Fn key +/- also resumes brightness to 100%.
Samsung 300v5z (Intel HD 3000 and geforce 520mx).
This bug appears in oneiric and precise (only these are tested)
